Warm
Fifteen unhurried minutes in the sauna until the heat stops being something you tolerate and becomes something you settle into.
Plunge
Straight into the cold. Two minutes that reset everything the heat opened — sharp, clarifying, entirely present.
Rest
The part most people skip. Sit with it. The contrast is where the work actually happens.
Repeat
Two or three rounds is the practice. The walk between hot and cold is the point — fifteen steps from your door.
